Hello! Madeline here! Posting a makeup Get The Look! You can use any colors but I recomend using the ones I used. Hope you like!
Start with adding black eyeliner on the outsides of the eyes
Then add white to the insides 
Add tall mascara all over 
Add short mascara over top of where black eye liner is
Add eyeshadow above the eye up to the brow, TWICE.
Add lipstick of choice. (light colors recomended)
